| 4 | Mary Jane Atkinson Courtesy of Steven Hill who says: "This is a picture of Mary Jane Atkinson (1867 - 1946). I don't know when the picture was taken. She is my g-g-grandmother and was married to William Poole Elrod (1863-1924). The ring she's wearing may have been passed on to Mildred, one of her granddaughters. (It may have had a platinum setting with a diamond). The photo may have been taken at Mary's home in Lavonia, which was a large colonial style house that was landscaped. It had a covered portico and carriage house. Despite the fact fact that she's not smiling, I hear Mary had a reputation for a buoyant personality." | ||

| 10 | Jennie Webster White In front of her Winfield home. Courtesy of Monya Havekost who says: You can't really see her, even in the original, but she's standing in front of her pretty home that was in Winfield (top of Tahoe St., and no longer there). I have a couple of things that belonged to her: a rustic bench, tin-tray and rocking chair. My youngest daughter wants the rocking chair. She can't believe it's in such good condition. Two words: "No Children." Frank WHITE worked for the railroad. He died before Aunt Jennie, who died of a stoke. | ||
