  Jimmy Dodson had been deputized by Sheriff Jess Braodrick to arrest Bill Sanford Sanford had sent wordd that dodson better not come to arrest him as he would shoot hm. Becky also begged him not to go as he had two small children and one more on the way but he went and was shot and died and is said to have written his name in blood on the sheet he died on.
