  	John Phillip Schaub, 56, of Athens, Rt. 1, died at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning of a heart attack. Funeral rites were set for 2:30 this afternoon in McConnell-Service Chapel, interment following in the German Cemetery. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Cora (Clements) Schaub; two daughters, Lucille and Hazel; two sons, Willie and Raymond of Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie O'Riley and Mrs. Nettie Farmer. Pallbearers will be Oakley Elders, George Gey, Fritz Gey, William Zirbel, Calvin Eubanks and Artie Bumpus. John and Cora were married June 10, 1910 in Limestone Co, AL. John was the son of John Schaub and Elizabeth Gaumbert Schaub who were born in Germany.
