G Leo Coulter in household of D George Coulter Obituary - General Leo Coulter, 87, of Ardmore, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at Countryside Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, Tenn. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was the son of the late George Dewey Coulter and Sarah Neutonia Ghidotti Coulter. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Michael, Leroy and Frank Coulter; and one sister, Virginia Butler.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Magdelene "MAG" Coulter; one son, Larry Coulter of Hartselle; two daughters, Linda Morrison of Monkey Island, Okla., and Brenda Coulter of Canyon Lake, Texas; one brother, G.D. Coulter of Ardmore; three sisters, Ann Mitchell of Decatur, Imogene DelFont of Georgia and Dordeen Watson of Ardmore, Tenn.; and two grandchildren, Austin and Joel Coulter.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Ardmore Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be Friday, July 16, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with burial to follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
The family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's/Parkinson's Association.
