  Obituary	Mrs. Walker M. Smith, 84, died Monday at the Campbell House in Centralia where she had lived for the last two years. Before that she had lived in St. Louis where she had been employed at St. Luke's Hospital for a number of years. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Meador and Son Funeral Home in Centralia, conducted by the Rev. Frank L. Park, pastor of First Baptist Church in Mexico and the Rev. Lawrence Holzschuh, Mexico, supervisor of Missions. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Centralia. The body will be at Meador's from 1 p.m. Wednesday until time of services. Mrs. Smith, the former Stella Irene Webster, was born Jan. 27,1891, in Winfield, Ala., to Martin Van Buren and Missouri Belle Stewart Webster. She was married to Walker M. Smith, who died several years ago, in September, 1907. She is survived by four sons, Edwin L. Smith of Centralia; Stirling W., William A. and Thomas L. Smith of St Louis; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Spahn, Mrs. Ellen Young and Mrs. Florence Vickers of Winfield; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and six sisters preceded her in death.
