Limestone Democrat - Miss Clara Dean Bryant, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Bryant of Ardmore, was instantly killed in a wreck late Sunday night, April 25, near Elkton while returning home from Pulaski.
She was a senior student at Ardmore High School and an employee of Sky Line Cafe of Ardmore.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Ardmore High School Auditorium, Bro. Clifford Murphree, minister at the Church of Christ officiating, and Raney and Son of Ardmore in charge of burial at Gatlin Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Calvin Clem, Loran Clem, Gilbert Lewter, Vernard Reynolds, Gene Elders, Bobby Barnett and J. D. Reyer. Flowers were in charge of Misses Maria Jones, Robbie Jean Sisk, Frances Southerland, Martha Hasting, Doloris Magnusson, Elaine Hobbs, Jaunita Gross, Jeanett Stoner, Marjorie Carpenter, Anatilie Hatchett, Frances Dutton, Audry Bond, Veria Vanhoosier, Maryone Clunch and Doyce Richards.
Survivors are her parents; a grandmother; four brothers, and two sisters.
