  Obituary	March 10, 1919 - September 26, 2010 Thomas Wilson Boyd, 91 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 26, 2010, after an extended illness in Warrenton, Virginia . He was a native of Limestone County, AL and a member of the Ostella Church of Christ, Cornersville, TN. He was the son of the late Johnny Roy Boyd and Hattie Lee Phelps; and the beloved husband of the late Flossye Irene May Boyd. Mr. Boyd's life lead him from farming in AL to iron work, barbering and farming in Tennessee, followed by retirement in Toney, AL. In 2004, he moved to VA with his daughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his siters: Annie Mae Roberson, Elizabeth McNatt, Lillie Belle Crowley, Bertha Marston, Grace Roberson, Ruby Shields, and Edna Carter; and a brother: William Boyd. Surviving are a son: Thomas W. Boyd, Jr. of Harvest, AL, a daughter, Vivian B. (Larry) Sutton of Washington, VA; granddaughter Amanda (James) Davis of San Juan Capistrano, CA; grandsons: Joel W. (Marie) Davis and his children Ella and Adam, all of Dothan, AL, Christopher L. (Elizabeth) Sutton and his sons Michael and Andrew, all of San Ramon, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. C.E. Hardison officiating. Burial in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
