  Obituary	Lucille Whitt Hicklen, 80, of 940 Lakeshore Drive, Gallatin, TN, died Sunday, January 24, 1999 at Good Samaritan Health Center, Antioch, TN. Funeral services were held at Higgins Funeral Home Tuesday, January 26, at 12 noon with Bro. Bert Watkins officiating. Burial was in the Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore. Mrs. Hicklen was a retired homemaker and a native of Madison County, AL. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ and the daughter of the late Andrew Whitt and Maggie Ferguson Whitt. Mrs. Hicklen was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Eugene Hicklen, who died in 1974 and one brother, Robert Whitt. Survivors include one son, Bill Hicklen of Nashville; five daughters, Doris McAlister of Gallatin, TN, Wanda Thompson of Madison, TN, Barbara Dunn of Gallatin, TN, Brenda Laten of Fayetteville, TN, and Betty Wright of Fayetteville, TN; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
