    • Funeral for Jo Frances Frassrand Webster, 74, of Decatur was Monday, February 22, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church with Rev. Father Ray Remke officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
      Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation was from noon to 2 p.m. at the church.

      Mrs. Webster, who died Thursday, February 18, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital, was born December 30, 1935, in Dechard, Tenn., to the late Francis V. and Jo Anna Frassrand. She retired as a teacher from East Limestone School.
      She is survived by her husband of 52 years, William B. "Dub" Webster of Decatur; three sons, William B. Webster Jr. and wife, Karoline, of Harvest, Vince Webster and wife, Yvonne, of Harvest and Eric Webster and wife, Sarah, of Baton Rouge, La.; daughter, Shannon Garrison and husband, Rickey, of Decatur; brother, George Frassrand and wife, Raylene, of Daytona, Fla.; grandchildren, Cody Webster, Carson Webster, Connor Webster, Vin Webster and wife, Laura, Chris Webster, Ericka Garrison Zirbel and husband, John, Erin Garrison Anners and husband, Jeff, Heath Garrison and wife, Ashley, Trey Garrison, Faulkner Webster and Caleb Webster; and great-grandchildren, Emily Frances and Maggie Zirbel and Shannon Grace and Liam Anners.

      Pallbearers were Cody Webster, Carson Webster, Connor Webster, Vin Webster, Chris Webster, Heath Garrison, Trey Garrison, Faulkner Webster and Caleb Garrison.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Annunciation of the Lord Catholic Church building fund.
