  Obituary	Carol K. Gore, 63, of Clanton died Friday, April 2, 2010, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster. She was born Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1946 in Fayette, daughter of the late Lomax Garrison and Ludene McDonald. She was a beautician. Surviving are her son, Tony Gore of Sevierville, TN; daughter, Sherry Gore of Thorsby; mother, Ludene Garrison of Thorsby; grandson, Andrew Edwards of Thorsby; great-grandson, Master Hazlee Edwards of Thorsby; brother, Harold Garrison of Thorsby; and sister, Myra Headley of Thorsby. She was preceded in death by her father, Lomax Garrison and brother, Franklin Garrison. Services were April 5, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Springs Methodist Church with Rev. Don Vanderslice and Kenneth Moates officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby. Martin Funeral Home directing.
