He was a member of Taft Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife, Sadie C. Finley of Toney, Alabama; one son, Dale Finley of Ardmore, Alabama; one daughter, Debbie Cross of Hazel Green, Alabama; one brother, Harold Finley of Hazel Green, Alabama; two sisters, Helen Jackson of Hazel Green, Alabama, and Doris Weiland of Ardmore, Alabama; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Buddy Steadman, Charlie Hopkins, Terry Hopkins, Wayne Clark, Bennie Beddingfield, and Scotty Palzewicz. Honoraty pallbearers were Jeff Carvell and Tommy Cross.
