• Notes

  Pamela Kull Hay's husband is listed as Boy Hay. His given name is Bluford Custus Hay, however everyone knew him as Boy. This was not a derogatory use of the word, but a nickname given to him at birth. He was born premature and, as a result, a very small baby.
