  Obituary	Vera Jean Welch Farmer, of San Leon, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 in Houston surrounded by her loving family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2013, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City. V.J. was born in Harlingen, Texas to L. B. Welch and Gladys May Vickers Welch. V.J. worked as an accountant for several years. V.J. is preceded in death by her parents and her son Jack Lee Webster Jr. Survivors include her husband Wade, daughter's Tracy and Margo , sons Todd and Jessie . She is also survived by her grandchildren Austin and wife Amber, Haley, Spencer, Murphy and Ember Lee. Vera is also survived by her great grandchildren Aidyn, Astyn and Ava Lee, sister Susan and husband Bruce, brother Bill and wife Carrie, and numerous family and friends. She is dearly loved & will be greatly missed.
