  Married: Per info from Gerald Tudor - There is a marriage record for a Starling Wood to Louisa Collins, bond date 25 Jan. 1831 Madison Co., KY. A William Jenkins is the bondsman and consent for the bride is given by Josiah Collins, but his relationshipto the bride is not stated. but if you noticed, Josiah, age 81 born VA ,Elder in the Christian Church, was next door in the 1860 census with Milly, age 77 born NC, etc.
